CANCELLATION POLICY
An individual prepaid reservation (1-2 rooms) can be cancelled without penalty one day before the check-out time of the expected arrival date. In case of late cancellation of the reservation (less than a day in advance), the cost of the first day will be charged as a penalty for accommodation.
Cancellations and changes to a confirmed booking are accepted only in writing. You can send the cancellation/changes by E-mail. The cancellation must be confirmed by a hotel employee. In the absence of cancellation on time and actual no-show at the hotel, a fine equal to the cost of room downtime per day will be charged.
A refund in case of cancellation of the reservation is made no later than 10 (ten) banking days after the date of receipt of the written notification of refusal, sent by E-mail and a letter for a refund indicating all the details of the payer.
If guests refuse to check in on the day of arrival, the prepayment is withheld as compensation for the downtime of the room.
